NDCAWS/CASAND is committed to the empowerment of those victimized by domestic and sexual violence by supporting direct services to them. Direct services include a span of activities, which reduce the opportunity and inclination of batterers to batter, promote the safety and well-being of victims and their children, and encourage public policy which protects and enhances the security and independence of survivors and their children.
